New in 2009 and worth mentioning is the Camelback Ranch in Glendale, AZ. It will be the new spring home for the Los Angeles Dodgers and the Chicago White Sox. It is a 141-acre site and supposed to be "the crown jewel of the Cactus League," as per Jerry Reinsdorf, the White Sox Chairman. The world-class facilities will include more than 118,000 square feet of Major and Minor League clubhouse space, 13 full baseball fields and three half-fields.
